The location of the apartment was ideal, as it was situated near a charming square with plenty of restaurants and bars. It was also conveniently close to the Jewish Quarter, Market Square, and Wawel Castle, allowing us to explore the city on foot. Another advantage was the cleanliness and comfort of the apartment, which was perfect for our family of four.

There were a few drawbacks to our stay. the standard apartment was not spacious enough for a family of five, as there was limited space for dining together.

The location of Neo Apartments was perfect, just a short walk to the charming Old Town. the apartment itself was clean and comfortable with all the necessary amenities. the owner even arranged our transfers, which went smoothly. Explored the Dragon's Den and relax in Planty Park. Multilingual staff tried to help me with the free WiFi, but my hair dryer kept blowing the circuit. Main market Square was conveniently located less than 20 minutes away.

Who needs curtains for a good night's sleep anyway? The apartment had a lovely view of the city center lights all night long.

We were thrilled with the friendly welcome from Andrzej who provided lots of helpful information about the area. the apartment was spacious and comfortable, and had everything we needed. the location was perfect, with a vibrant square nearby offering a variety of restaurants and bars. We were also pleasantly surprised to discover that the Jewish Quarter, Market Square, and Wawel Castle were all within a short walk.

We felt truly looked after during our entire stay, and there was really no reason to complain.
